My work is:

-Intelligence gathering on customers and competitors
-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction -Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
-Advising on, drafting and enforcing sales policies and process
-Follow-up sales activity
-Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
-Formal proposal and presentation management and
writing
-Pitch and presentation rehearsals
-Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objective -Account planning and performance monitoring
-Negotiating prices and terms of sales and service agreements.

· Completion of tenders for potential clients (i.e. ADNOC - OPCOs)

· Handling the commercial part of tenders, and following up with engineers for the technical part

· Liaise with director of contracts and purchasing departments

· Maintains good relationship between company and potential principals and existing principal by responding to all the query relating to Registration and Pre-qualification

· Reviewing RFQs and inquiries and preparing SO, PO, and quotations for various clients

· Following up with clients and principals until the completion of tender/contract

During my six months internship at Impregilo, a leading international megaprojects contractor, I was involved in different departments namely QA/QC, Design, Procurement, and Planning. The internship gave me opportunity to work in a highly skilled team and gain practical knowledge and experience about megaprojects.
