• Assist in managing all pre-joining and joining onboarding process with quality services to current and new employees as per HC policies and procedures.
• Support new hires on explaining applicable HC Policy and provide feedback as necessary.
• Introduce new initiative that support the Onboarding activities such as Onboarding Ambassador program, welcome call, induction program, Hayakum program.
• Develop and execute strategies related to attracting, sourcing, and selecting the best talent for the organization on yearly hiring targets.
• Review recruitment strategy and propose enhancements based on the trends related to recruitment in the oil & gas industry.
• Conduct interviews and feedback sessions for candidates and involve in all the process of hiring until onboarding candidate.
• Conduct sourcing for executive roles through LinkedIn and in coordination with specialized manpower agency.
• Prepare all the forms and templates that help in the recruitment process such as pre interview form, offer form and interview toolkit, welcoming videos, and other templates.
• Coordinate manpower planning in line with the approved organization chart and prepare the recruitment plan to ensure tracking of hiring.
An experienced HR professional with over than 15th years’ work experience within Oil & Gas industry, Government Sectors and Education sector within UAE. My experience at ADNOC (Human Capital Division) is extended through handling major and multi activities while coordinating HR matters related to Employee Relations, Recruitment, Training & Development and Organization Development as well as supports the executive management through the SVP office & Vice President Human Capital office through Office Management and administrator roles and responsibilities.
Bachelor degree in Human resources management graduated with honours degree
