• to help organizations, MiSK Foundation in Saudi for example, set a cross-channel digital strategy through incorporating paid search channels and web analysis.
• to help brands, Sony Mobile Middle East for example, improve conversion of owned and earned media traffic on the web and through social media.
• to conduct strategy audits for 9 brands in the GCC and Jordan markets. Such audits helped spot some weaknesses to work on, therefore, improve results of their online marketing efforts.
• to conduct SEO audits and proactively identify on-page SEO opportunities and off-site link building opportunities and perform outreach.
• to develop social media performance reports on a monthly basis for 13 different brands operating in 5 different industries across MENA. And communicate insights that should drive their content strategy forward.
• to build a framework for social media listening reports, especially in times of crisis, to stay in control of the situation. Brands worked on were Ooredoo Oman, and the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA).
• to spot opportunities through website and mobile analytics to optimize user retention rates.
• to determine the UX design requirements to incorporate in the design of the user interface on both mobile and website.
