My duties;
• Collaborate with designers and product development teams to translate design concepts into viable apparel products, considering factors such as fabric selection, construction techniques, and cost implications.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing, terms, and production schedules to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate production schedules, monitor production progress, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the manufacturing process.
• Analyze sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to evaluate merchandising effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor production costs, analyze cost breakdowns, and identify opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining product quality and profitability.

• Responsible for the daily operations of fabric development, fabric
sourcing and bulk production;
• Identify opportunities and develop new fabric and fabric sourcing
base;
• Maintain the fabric library and develop fabric concept to support
seasonal garment development phase.
• Provide technical support and work closely with internal and
external parties to resolve potential fabric issues and
• Implement, monitor and review the internal control systems to
ensure goods are delivered according to schedule
• Manage the fabric mills to ensure production and quality satisfy
the company's standards
