• Analyse market trends, competitive prices, promotional tactics, fleet mix, and pricing strategies, and conduct statistical based analysis of data to prioritize and execute business objectives.
• Develops and implements pricing processes and strategies, and monitor results and fleet utilization reports on a consistent basis.
• Work collaboratively with operations/reservation team to ensure that the overall revenue is increased by using Yield Management concepts/Dynamic Pricing/Surge Pricing.
• Conduct competition analysis (Rate shop) in different market by using QL2 software to ensure increased reservations, future bookings, more revenue, and evaluate prices of the competitors.
• Set and review the lease prices or long-term rental prices periodically and distribute it among the sales team in a systematic manner.
• Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, tour operator, corporate, consortia, etc…).
• Review and price all commercial tenders on time for which the organization has been invited to participate.
• Survey competitor rates (rate shop) to better position our brands in the marketplace.
• Maintain good relation and work closely with different vendors (auto dealers) and get updated on automotive industry.
• Ensures accurate and timely entry of pricing data into applicable systems and oversee the system database.
• Analytical Support to Chauffer services segment
• Visit the trade shows, exhibitions, and events to get first-hand knowledge of all revenue management issues and other key areas.
• Perform other related duties which are requested by General Manager.

• Review Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) along with Statement of Work (SOW), and other quotation requests and submit quotation/pricing sheets in a timely manner for UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Iraq.
• Work with management to develop strong pricing strategy. And Prepare, validate, and verify vehicle rental rates (Rack Rates, Hotel Rates, Special Corporate Rates, etc...) and lease rates.
• Work closely with various vehicle dealers and get updated with new/existing products (vehicles), and be as a trusted advisor of vehicles to customers, sales team and to the management.
• Oversee and coordinate the operations as well as fleet inventory in all the countries whenever the Sales Agents need support. And also get updated with all new traffic rules and procedures in order to ease the fleet operations.
• Prepare the purchase request, and monitor and supervise the complete purchase process of any new vehicle in order to get the vehicle on time to client.
• Organize and review all the contracts, maintain a database and report where all the contracts details are given for any references.
• Track fleet utilization, develop and execute the promotional offers, and offer discounted prices to selective clients on selective vehicles to achieve 90% fleet utilization.
• Analyse, evaluate, and determine the return on investment for each project as well as on residual value of vehicle over the period of time, also compare and review the anticipated residual with actual value whenever the vehicle disposal happens.
• Prepare monthly sales report, incentive report and submit to management.
• Played a significant role in developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Perform other related duties as may be required by General Manager or Regional Operation Manger

Fleet Operations Supervisor في Epic Rent A Car

• Supervise and coordinate the vehicle operations and promote sales through rental agents and sales executives.
• Ensure the customer enquiries are answered immediately. And explain the terms and conditions properly or in detail for the customers before signing a vehicle contract. And handle all queries and complaints related to maintenance and repair.
• Attend customers’ queries and assign it to respective areas such as accounts/sales/rental agents to further follow up and oversee the whole fleet operations.
• Provide training to newly appointed rental/sales agents to do their job as well as guide them on how to work on different software systems (ARMADA, Gateway, and Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0)
• Prepare monthly vehicle movement report and coordinate with finance department in order to send monthly invoice to every customer.
• Monitor the vehicle inventory of all the countries whichever comes under the control of regional manager to whom I am assigned
• Vehicle inspection sheets, contracts and purchase orders are archived and maintained systematically in order to provide swift answers to all queries raised by customers, various departments, and top-level management.
• Manage and work closely with driver supervisors to ensure the timely availability of drivers.
• Perform other related duties as may be required by Operation Manager
