A Saudi Contractor, Riyadh (K.S.A) and work as Project Manager for the company work at Al Gurayat city north of KSA; two projects Storm drainage and asphalt Roads. Sept 2003 to Sept 2005. March 2001 to September 2003: Working as OSP Engineer and then worked as Project Manager for the same company I worked in an other two infra structure project at Al Gurayat city north of KSA; the first was a Storm drainage network and the second was paving new asphalt internal Roadsin the period from Sept 2003 to Sept 2005.

It was a $10 million EPC contract with GNPOC (Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Co.) for construction of a base camp in a new oil field called Neem at South Kurdofan State, Sudan.

Reason for leaving the job is:
In the beginning I have signed a contract for two months only, the same as duration of the construction contact but due to many delay of work form the contractors’ side and due to rainy season my contract was extended to the end of the year by renewing every month! When some buildings completed and others reach to finishing stage, I requested not to renew any more and joined another job.

United Nations Human Settlement Proramme (UN-Habitat)
As Team Leader for a project called Participatory and Gender-Balanced Urban and Regional Planning, Land Management, Environmental-Friendly Construction and Sustainable Livelihoods, project location is Blue Nile state, Sudan. Most of the project activities are conducted jointly with the government partner “ Ministry of Physical Planning (MoPPP )”. The project also introduced environmental friendly, low cost building materials e.g. Stabilized Soil Blocks (SSB) and Ferrocement roofing system.
