Ensuring that the labor standards and the standards of quality required in all branches
Hiring, supervising, scheduling, training, evaluating and motivating staff.
The full supervision of the management of branches with regarding to financial / administrative and sales.
Follow daily sales with salespeople section and check to reach the goals set for each of them.
Help achieve sales plan and objectives of the branches through the support of "direct" and "moral" to accompany the delegates for some customers, as well as training and encouragement.
Full knowledge of all administrative matters relating to the branches and ensure the availability of all possibilities to accomplish the target realization.
Control daily branches expenses and make sure they do not exceed the budget.
Ensure that all avenues of safety and insurance warehouses and housing and monitor the work of health and hygiene rule.
Provide a detailed monthly report on the achievements of branches
Provide weekly accurate report for competitors' prices.
Inventory control and coordination with procurement management, marketing management and warehouse management stock compensation on an ongoing basis to ensure the goods are always appropriately for sales.
Follow closely the case of coordination and stores cleaner and get rid of the damaged goods or different signs and stagnant and activate the cleaning work in a timely manner.
Develop and confirm the growth of existing customers and create new channels for sale to open new areas and add new customers outside the city.
Follow-up collection on time and agreed solves collection problems first hand.
Rapid intervention to solve the problems of customer on professional ways that confirm full support to them to get full satisfaction

Involved in the following function: planning, costing, delegation, evaluation, organising, discipline, setting target, counselling, standards, appraisals, training, human relation, communication and coordination
Assist the F&B Manager to achieve the department goals
Represents the outlets in the daily F&B meetings and in other meeting if required.
Maintains employees’ attendance records, changes of status and evaluates staff periodically
Schedules staff duties according to forecast and special arrangements
Holds daily briefings to discuss various aspects of service, sources of complaints and transmits information that has been brought to F&B meetings
Ensures high standards of sanitation and hygiene in the outlet by working closely with both the housekeeper and Chief Steward
Promotes up selling at all levels and by personal efforts through guests contacts
Handles and advises the Division of all guests comments and complaints
Ensures that the operating equipment and general supplies for the restaurant are maintain at the establish par stocks and initiates requisitions for additional supplies if necessary.
Maintains a written record of regular and VIP guests profiles, ensuring that their likes and dislikes are passed on to other concerned parties where necessary
