(CoE) within the AD&M Department.

Product Development and design group to ensure robust and high-quality

reduction in overall cycle time and improving project efficiency.

• Technical Leader, provide leadership and direction to the Simulation Team

• Planning, scheduling, and Review of all Simulation tasks within the team.
• Instrumental in the development of the 1Click tool, which will pave the
way for complete automation of the ICT simulation process.
• Successfully convinced the counterpart team to budget development
activities carried out within the team.
• Established a good Collaboration between the plant and the simulation
teams.
• Familiar with and/or employ FMEA, Six Sigma Principles.

• Responsible for overseeing and guiding engineers in handling simulation
activities in compliance with safety standards and technical applications
• Handle the tasks of reviewing and providing input and guidance on Design
related activities and deliverables.
• Perform responsibilities like data gathering and analysis including input in
the project scope and design.
• Play an active role in project reviews, project meetings, Failure
identification and analysis, model reviews, and Final result reviews.
