Reporting to the Administration Officer-Travel Department

 Post Recruitment formalities like custodian of passports, collecting medicals and forwarding the required documents for visa processing through Email/Courier.
 Emigration Formalities/POE (Protector of Emigrants) Submissions like doing emigration for emigration required candidates after getting their visa’s, Advertisement permission for releasing advertisement in the news paper, Interview Permission for conducting interviews all over India, Original documents submission after getting Original Demand Letter and Power of Attorney from the clients we are handling, Monthly report of emigration to the Accounts department.
 Ticketing for clients, candidates etc.
 Monthly report like Visa Received list, Traveled list and Visa Awaited list
 Documentations like preparing travel documents, dispatch travel docs to agents / candidates.
