b. To Ensure availability of spare parts and draw
spare parts by using Autocad for fabricating it
in the Internal Mill Workshop
c. Organizing and Supervising Contractor’s Job on
Site
d. Mechanical troubleshooting
e. meeting with the process team to discuss
machine damage that could cause production to
be disrupted and find out the solution
e. Perform preventive transformator (checking oil
level, Incoming & Outcoming Cable
Temperature, ensuring the Fan cooler is in normal
operation
f. Hydraulic System (Oil Pump Coupling
Replacement, Replacement Oil Seal, and
Solenoid Valve Up & Down adjustment)
g. Overhead Crane (Wire Rope and
Wheel Checking)
h. Connecting Electromotor cable terminals and
checking motor resistance (Fit & proper for
installation) with Electrical Team
