•Develop Complete Project Management Plans.
• Maintain the repository for status reports, work plans, proposals, change requests, etc.
• Identify Project Risks and develop Risk Mitigation Plans.
• Preparing Time of extension (EOT) and Cost Impact Claims
• Managing Project Resources and Cash Flow.
• Conduct post project reviews, lessons learned, and performance scorecards
• Acting as a project Manager for inplementing an ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX.
•Preparing Expected Preliminary Time Schedule and Cash flow during Tender stage.
•Preparing detailed Time Schedule for Engineering & Construction Stages with all Resource Loading and cost allocation.
•Collect Data throw site visits and reports coming from site to Prepare Weekly Updated time Schedules, reports & look ahead.
•Attending weekly Management and Progress meetings.
•Project Control (Time & Cost wise) and Preparing Progress Reports (Weekly & Monthly Reports).
•Preparing EOT Claims (Extension Of Time) we are entitled for.
•Preparing Manufacturing, delivery and installation Plan for Extra High Voltage Cables.
•Coordination between central planning, Quality, logistics departments at the factory to control all the Orders required.
•Presenting different periodical reports to the General Manager.
