■ Built a channel sales program, onboarding resellers worldwide for GTM efforts
■ Built out our first dev team with 40 first hires, CTO and CISO hires to replace myself in the Interim role. Shadowed CISO and CTO in my COO/CFO role, to ensure redundancy and that I could step in should the situation ever require it. Twice stepped back into CISO role as turnover required it
■ Spearheaded cloud infrastructure strategy, overseeing build out of a highly scalable cloud agnostic containerized architecture, running in a multi cloud high availability configuration with zero downtime - replicable for clients in a private cloud or on-premise, as long as they agreed to always accept any framework updates and patches on same tempo as our multi-tenant main cloud instance
