I have a Project Manager role in SFDA Drug Track and Trace System project in Saudi Arabia.
I have worked some projects in Health Sector. Prescription System and Drug Track and Trace System in Turkey. And I have been working on Drug Track and Trace System in Saudi Arabia for Saudi Food and Drug Authority since September 2017 as Development DBA.
I worked in Turkish Social Insurance Institution by the name of NKR. I worked to rehabilitate current financial and accounting system on IBM DB2 Purescale. In this scope;
- reevaluating current software
- reavaluating database design
* erasing unnecessary indexes
* erasing unnecessary tables
* creating necessary indexes
* used partitioning option for indexes and tables
* Applications, tables and indexes are arranged for necessities of DB2 Purscale.
etc.
By these operations, database which is in crisis, began to breath. Query response times fall down to 1/8 ratio.
In 2009, I was assigned as Project Manager for Turk Telekom Payment System. Until 2012 on this system, fundamental changes were realized. Such as, dunning applications are separated from payment system. Subscription based structure is converted to a new customer, account and subscriber based structure.

Between the years 2000 and 2009, I had analysis, design and development roles with titles "Software Specialist', 'Application Development Consultant' and 'Senior App Dev. Consultant'.
I participate in several projects most of whom are in telecomminication field, such as Payment Systems, CRM, Dunning projects.
The applications for water subscription, billing system for about 1million subscriber developed and managed. Using Forms and Report Writer, required applications were developed. And for managers, Management Information System was supplied.
I have graduated in Mathematics Department in 1997.
