• Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
• Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Scheduling job interviews and contact candidates as needed

• Answering questions and provide all information about guests’ flights
• Guiding guests to their proper terminal and explain airport regulations

• Assisting in posting journal entries into the accounting software
• Assisting in preparing various financial reports for management to forecasts personnel and service costs
• Assisting in tracking employee vacation and sick time and processing employee time into the payroll

• Assisting in preparing and maintaining the budgets for the Clerk’s Office and special projects
