Meet with clients to define their FFE requirements in order to design
the most suitable furniture layout and establish criteria for materials
selection.
* Advise client on interior design issues such as space planning, layout
and utilization of furnishings, equipment and color coordination.
* Preparation of Technical & Commercial FFE Proposals to clients.
* Prepare furniture layout presentation, mood boards & material boards
using different design programs to propose to clients.
* Prepare working drawings for furniture plans, furniture specifications
and bill of quantities.
* Design and select furniture, furnishings, art works, and accessories for
the awarded contracts.
* Sole responsibility for showroom display of furniture items,
accessories, lighting, backdrops, selection of wallpaper and paint to
suit each furniture style.
* Supervise site works in the UAE and other countries of furniture
installation and display, lighting, curtains and accessories to ensure
compliance with the FFE design approved by clients.

Confer with client to determine factors affecting planning
interiorenvironments, such as budget, architectural
preferences, and purpose and function.
Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors,
consultants, architects and engineers to ensure job success.
Review and detail shop drawings for construction plans.
Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to
client for approval.
Supervise site works including demolitions and installation
processes of light building components such as gypsum & wood
partitions, ceilings & floorings
Designing furniture pieces from scratch using AutoCAD and other
rendering programs, selecting the materials needed to match
eachitems & overlooking/supervising their manufacturing process
Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to
client for approval.
Subcontract fabrication, installation, and arrangement of
carpeting, fixtures, accessories, draperies, paint and wall
coverings, art work, furniture, and related items.
* Formulate environmental plan to be practical, esthetic, and
conducive to intended purposes, such as raising productivity or
selling merchandise

Sole design of specific areas of hospitality projects by creating
working drawings & 3D perspectives
Specifying furniture items, FF&E, and materials for various retail &
hospitality projects
Creating new shop drawings & updating existing ones to meet
client's requirements
