• Charged of all ladies branches.
• Reported to Head of sales & CEO.
• Develop specific action plans in order to accomplish identified goals and objectines in the areas of sales, additions, removal rate, staff count, order count, activity, average order, number of customers served.
• Grow the coustmers and represntative staff through active recriuting. Conducts contacts with represntative with an emphasis on selling the the opportunity.
• Apply product knowledge, needs assessment, and presentation skills to influence representative to buy or sell the products.
• Analyze business and market penetration reports to determine priority customer and representative grwoth apportunities.
• Support and implement key business strategies:
• Create to provide new representative with the knowledge of the strategies that will encourage their participation in all potntial opportunities.
• Motivate, train and develop representaitevs, sales leader to achieve the highest levels of earing and achieve personal goals.
• Take initiative to understand and paricipate in all strategic initiatives
I manage a number of counselors and counselors finances and customer follow-up performance on a daily basis and in the practical end of the week do I send a weekly report on the performance

• Meeting every Saturday with my team & every day 10 minutes for review the tasks.
• Making the interviews with the new employees every quarter.
• Weekly closing with my manager.
