• Lead & develop a team of interior designers, draftsman & site supervisors.
• Project Initiation, starting from obtaining necessary approvals to establish site facilities, mobilization of resources to start the project after contract sign off.
• Manage the interior fit out works for all kind of projects (residentials, commercials, restaurants, offices, etc…)
• Project Planning for effective time, cost & resource management, including submitting overall
• Project Monitoring and Control, to check ongoing project stage wise deliverable for compliance of final project requirements.
• Project Resource management: Develop a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on standard forms, insure the effective utilization of human and material resources.
• Develop a procurement and time schedule for each project
• Project communication management for effective dissemination of project status to key stake holders
• Project change management to document and communicate the cost and time implication of the project
• Ensure project completion within the agreed schedule and budget
• After Project Closure involving sign off for final acceptance of the project by client, preparing a documentation of lessons learned and share it with key project management team in the organization to improve upon shortcomings for effectively managing future projects.
• Lead and develop a team of Interior Designers and visual merchandisers
• Responsible of the development and result of the communication and interior design department.
• Responsible for the design and organization of the store and display furniture.
• Entertainment Weekly meetings with the communication and interior design team
• Preparation of the planning and reports on the progress of work in the department
• Preparation and execution of trainings for the team.
• Responsible of the range set-up and the seasonal range of the Ikea vision
• Lead and develop a team of Interior Designers and Architects
• Responsible for the organization of the showroom, select and display furniture, accessories & lighting
• Manage the interior fit out works for all kind of projects (residentials, commercials, hospitality, etc…)
• Entertainment Weekly meetings with the sales manager and the store manager, to prepare the profit and lost report forecasting-KPIs goal set-up and the business action plan
• Project schedule of works after obtaining client sign off.
• Preparation of monthly reports on the progress of projects
• Study, preparation and submission of Tenders.
• Lead and develop a team of interior designers, interior architects and sales)
• Responsible for selecting furniture, placing orders, display and organization of the showrooms
• Responsible for managing projects from the first meeting with the costumer, until final delivery of the project
• Entertainment Weekly meetings with the sales team to prepare the profit and lost report forecasting-KPIs goal set-up and the business action plan.
• Monthly reports with the progress of work in the department.
• Responsible of customer relation & satisfaction
