• Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.

• Review and report compensation and benefits, retention rates and business policy affecting employee relations and other metrics.
• Develop and implement human resource programs/policies and procedures for all entities with a concentration on labour law and legal compliance.
• Manage the HR budget and other related financial costs effectively.
