• Talent Partner - Partner with cross functional teams globally to ensure people and business objectives are aligned to manage headcount of 1000 employees spread across Middle East and Asia. Manage a team of 3 HR professionals (PRO, Onboarding Officer & HR Officer).
• People & Culture - execute people and culture strategy for achievement of Business objectives.
• Employee Experience Champion - Develop people experience strategies to promote Prime Group as an “Employer of Choice”.
• Stakeholder Management - Act as a Trusted Advisor between Mgmt and employees for Business & People related issues.
• Policies & Procedures -Advise and amend HR Policies, Procedures & Systems aligned with Business strategy.
• Compensation Management - Salary benchmarking, job evaluation, salary reviews and salary surverys.
• Performance, Reward & Recognition Management - Create a culture of setting goal, timely review, and feedback among the employees. Initiated PDP and IDPs. Designed and implemented reward and recognition strategies aligned to business goals.
• Learning & Development - Work in partnership with line managers to prepare the Skill Matrix to impart training to employees.
• Health Insurance & Workmen Compensation - Medical Insurance for the Group on any concerns (Quotes, Renewal, TOB’s, Coverage, Claims etc).
• Payroll - Offboarding procedure and exit interviews
• Financial Management - Conduct regular and financial reporting of employee costs. Ensure annual manpower budgeting.
• HR Reports - monthly dashboard highlighting manpower plans, including personnel analysis, resignation analysis, recruitment cost, visa cost (new visa & visa renewals), KPI etc.
• Exit Process & employee communication - Manage towards smooth and hassle-free employee exit process.
• HR Process - Develop SLAs for process improvement. Process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
• Employee Relations - Disciplinary procedures, investigation, warning letters, formulate evidence and documents to individual cases and advise on matters related to employment legislation
• Certificates -Process NOC, Experience Letter, Employment letter, Salary Certificate, Salary Transfer Letter, various NOC’s etc.
• Digitization HR projects - Support and implementation of new digitization project (Magnar & SAP)
