Jointly enhanced the Admin Area’s recruitment and supervisory selection processes.

Jointly created an internal Reward and Recognition program to recognize employee contributions beyond regular job tasks to ultimately increase employee engagement. The program gained management’s satisfaction and other organizations were urged to study it as it was considered a best practice.
