• Assessing learner and instructor needs and providing targeted instructional support. Designing appropriate learning activities that align with course objectives. Developing multimedia learning objects that support learning activities.
• Planning, organizing, and facilitating professional development and training sessions including course design seminars, software demonstrations, teaching and learning workshops.
• Conducting research that focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of utilizing different learning tools and strategies.
