Perform nutritional assessment and follow-up care depending on patient's diagnoses and history for in-patient and out-patient. Develop and implement a nutrition care plan for pre and post-bariatric surgery patients. Represent clinical nutrition at multidisciplinary committees, task forces, project groups, and health events. Participated in the success of the center of excellence of bariatric and plastic surgery centers accreditation by SRC (Surgical Review Corporation).
Food analysis of the bakery recipes for calories and nutrition fact labeling according to the Saudi Food regulations using food analysis programs and Excel Food allergy cautions labels.
Consultation about healthy food and center services will be provided to new clinics and shops pre-opening,
Assess and provide nutritional therapy to the patients in all the wards and long-term patients. Provide individualized nutrition education to patients at the clinic. Communicate patient-care issues effectively with all members of the medical team.
Developed individualized nutrition meal plans to optimize nutritional status and weight management. Provide nutrition education for clients and families according to the diet services and subscriptions of the center.
