Position: Secretary to the General Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Managed General Manager's daily tasks such as organization of business meetings, travel, calendar, etc.
• Managed administrative duties, ad-hoc queries & the daily office activities.
• Preparation of monthly expenses, salaries through WPS, maintaining office, projects and staff files, sending/receiving couriers.
• Assisting the Public Relations Officer in arranging the visa related documents, visa cancellations and end of service-related tasks.
• Handled cash deposits, cheque deposits, international & domestic fund transfers and cash withdrawals.
• Coordination with CICPA office(s) for organization of security passes for the site staff.
• Preparing letters and memos as directed.
• Monthly visits to the site office as the focal point for the site staff.
• Planning, organizing and managing office events.
Position: Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities:
• Receptionist tasks.
• Office management and administrative tasks.
