Handle clients on a daily basis to ensure sketches, price negotiation, design and closing of sale is finalized.
• Travel to various countries to meet with clients privately to take their couture orders.
• Travel to France for PFW to assist with showroom and private store RTW meetings.
• Manage sales phone daily including weekends to ensure every client is answered to and assisted.
• Serve as the Sales Manager for 3 months while colleague was on maternity leave.
• Assist in preparing RTW line sheets for launch of the first RTW collection.
Executing opening and closing operations of retail store
• Maximizing sales through great customer service and attention to detail
• Performing managerial duties daily to ensure smooth operation such as dealing with customer returns, complaints and repairs
Create window displays to maintain salon daily and manage back stock to ensure that all inventory is on floor.
• Aid sales executives(s) in all client visits/transactions and assist in individual client memos/repairs.
• Respond to new client inquiries regarding product, in person and online when possible and urgent, make personal deliveries to priority
clients.
• Assist on all summer sale and trunk show event-related activities - point person for outside events/logistics liaison b/w any community
partnerships and Verdura.
• Coordinates billing with Finance and work with vendors as a liaison for shipping, insurance and security.
Create visual displays of merchandise while maximizing space resulting in increased profits.
• Assist in styling and selling using extensive knowledge of high end labels, craftsmanship and textiles.
• Assist in developing effective, creative and aesthetically pleasing advertising published in Richmond Magazine.
• Conduct monthly promotional campaigns using Photoshop resulting in an increase of traffic.
• Maintain business website by photographing incoming merchandise and regularly updating social media expanding clientele and sales.
• Commended regularly for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Conduct market visits to gather data on staff and local competitors for Qatar Luxury Company and research to gather social media
outlets for marketing efforts for various brands.
• Support marketing executive with event planning for Hackett opening and employee Gala event.
• Style window displays for Hackett opening in Doha, Qatar.
• Assist in daily tasks from answering emails to creating marketing budgets.
Create window displays/ maintain in-store visual merchandising based on Milan guidelines for Dolce & Gabbana, Emilio Pucci,
Billionaire, Dolce & Gabbana Kids, Valentino, Tom Ford, Carolina Herrera and Jimmy Choo.
• Report to Milan through PowerPoint presentations for further feedback and comments where 100% satisfaction was achieved.
• Perform daily store visits to ensure VM is intact, changing merchandise to ensure product guidelines after pieces were sold or moved by
store employees.
Manage front office administrations to support bookers and President of company as a liaison between agency talent and clients.
• Work directly with New Face Director in the planning and styling of photo shoots, and creating mood boards.
• Serve as styling and creative assistant to director of Modelogic Wilhelmina before photo shoots to ensure proper set up and managing of
talent.
