2. Technical Duties:
Provide pre-sales technical support and education to customers & other members of the Sales, Service & Research Engineers teams.

Handle technical correspondences with foreign suppliers.
3. Foreign Markets Duties:
Study foreign markets and prepare business plans for foreign markets entry.
1. Feasibility study for medical equipment needed for the project.
2. Prepare project scope of work, data & requirements.
3. Cost estimation for the medical equipment budget.
4. Preparation of medical equipment specifications.
5. Technical & financial evaluation of bidder offers.
1. Assist hospital turnkey projects in Africa by preparing and processing proposals including project scope of work, room by room list & cost estimate.
2. Follow up medical projects to successful completion.
3. Evaluation of technical offers of hospital turnkey projects tenders.
4. Study the market & Search for new products which may benefit for the company's range of products and services & assist in making business plans for new products and business opportunities.
