Responsibilities:
• Playing a key role in the yearly budgeting exercise and business plan and road map.
• Developing and nurturing relationships with key senior staff in the customer organization in order to increase business opportunities and avenues for revenue.
• Advising customers on the selection of systems, technology and related services to meet their business objectives and infrastructure requirements.
• Managing and rendering advise to colleagues in their dealings with customer organizations, initiating procedures to improve service and relationships with customers.
• Overseeing the planning and management of business opportunities as per envisaged targets and segments of the market.
• Handling pre and after sales service areas, ensuring that appropriate action is taken to investigate and resolve all reported incidents and problems in systems and services.
• Ensuring that all reported incidents and problems are fully
documented within the relevant reporting systems and that their resolution is done.
• Communicating the organization's strategy for managing information, ensuring that uniformly recognized and accepted data definitions are developed and applied throughout the organization.
• Briefing business users on a regular basis as regards the status of the business unit's requests, achieved milestones and target date of delivery.
• Playing a key role in SLA discussions and ensuring that the yearly SLA is signed and maintained.
Responsibilities:
• Visualized, designed and implemented systems conceived after in depth user requirement definition sessions with management and stakeholders.
• Formulated end to end business processes encompassing all modules of business and ensured timely delivery of solutions.
• Devised a data flow diagram for business process, contacted external vendors, prepared and analyzed business requirements specification documents.
• Prepared proposals and costing details for providing the business with new solutions.
• Utilized a variety of tools such as business modeling, storyboards, questionnaires and brainstorming sessions to arrive at the best possible formats for modules in addition to providing for future improvements.
