Preparing Customer documentation according to Bank Relationship manager’s agreement with the customer.


•Tracking the documents through a file tracking system until receipt of documents


•Maintaining a timely response to queries and providing clear and detailed reply on requirement.


•Receiving customer’s documents, check for discrepancies, report to relationship manager if any, and finally give authorization to load bank facilities to customer’s account.


•Translating Company Contracts from Arabic to English.


•Monitoring all expired security documentation, report to the corresponding relationship manager and manage to renew them when received.


•Handling monthly report of over 3000 accounts to the Central bank of the UAE.


•Handling enquires from relationships managers regarding the monthly update to the Central Bank.


•Mastering Small Business Enterprises Islamic documentation and acceptance.


•Systems Used: Ecops, EBBS, Collateral Management System, Central Bank Site, File Tacking system and Microsoft Office.


•Singly managed three months (Sep 2014 - Nov 2014) training at CRC Oman including all document, system, and approval related issues.
