1. Manage & execute the department’s projects/CRs/assignment/tasks according to the project management processes, and procedures (implementation of SDLC).
2. Assure the projects alignment with the department’s goals & strategies.
3. In charge of defining the projects strategies, impact, outcome & deliverables, plan and direct the projects to completion.
4. Define projects roadblocks and implement the mitigation plan to proceed with project progress.
5. Deliver the projects, & CRs according to the assigned timelines.

1. Analyze and study the department’s current procedures & systems to define the required core projects.
2. Assure the projects alignment with the department, and ITS goals & strategies.
3. Set the main strategic goals, and targets for each project.
4. Oversee and assure project completion with meeting the business, and users’ requirements.
5. Manage & execute the department’s projects according to the project management processes, and procedures.
6. Hold project meetings to review and track the projects performance & progress.
7. Achieve the projects in the targeted timelines.
8. Set out solutions for the projects’ problems and barriers to assure meeting the strategic goals & targets.
9. Handling the ITS Manager Responsibilities, and tasks whenever needed & on extended periods of annual leaves.
10. Manage to follow-up user requests progress until resolved, and assure user satisfaction.
11. Set as one of the main point of contacts for the internal users and external vendors in order to manage the projects starting with RFPs, bids, contracts, agreements, MOU’s, and any other vendor interactions, systems requirements and maintenance.
12. Assure the implementation of information security regulation in the projects.
13. Supervise and monitor the information security regulation implementation across the projects, and provide corrections whenever needed.
14. Assure that back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans are defined for each project.
15. Complete the technical requirement required when participating in major events.
16. Evaluate and assess the current assets (Hardware/Licensed software’s), handle ordering the required assets, and perform asset discarding process.
17. Monitor project performance through periodical progress reports.
18. Provide high level of user support for the existing and new systems.
