- Project Preconstruction: Providing input for development of the project plans and leading preconstruction services, ensuring accurate project estimates and bids are provided.
- Contract Management & Administration: managing supply agreements. and subcontractors and monitor subcontractors' financial capacity.
- Financial Management: Managing all financial aspects of the project including establishing and monitoring the budget and providing cost forecasts.
- Project Performance: Overall project performance including: budget, quality, schedule, team management, closeout & warranty.
- Communication Management: provide project reports to relevant project stakeholders and gain
their engagement.
-Team Development by serving as the team leader for projects, effectively utilizing various skills sets and providing coaching and feedback to team members.

- Responsible for request for proposals, bid evaluation, sub-contractor selection and subcontractor management.
- Serve as a key link with clients and as company's representative at worksite in dealing with subcontractors, suppliers and government inspectors.
- Responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the project.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Coordinate all efforts of team including architects, consultants, direct staff and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress of construction activities and hold regular status meeting.
- Supervise the daily construction activities, control quality of subcontractors' work and prepare daily reports.
- Attend weekly subcontractor and owner/architect meetings. - Monitor sitedeliveries.
