Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system according to ISO TS 16949:2009
Responsible for the quality control system in the company
inlcuding the full application of control plan.
MSA studies, capability sutdies, problem solving for process defects
1) customer claim management.
2) Evaluating actual performance of products in all markets vs customer requirement and expectation.
3) Suggest area for improvement to quality and R&D.
verify through market tests the quality level of new development products.
responsible for the auditing system, corrective and preventive action procedure, following up customerr complaints, and quality planning which include the introduction of new product (defintion of customer requirements and process design till the produciton part approval process) plus problem solving impelmentation for process problems.
responsible for the quality control system for the production of plastic containers with different customers requirements according to oil, food and pharamceutical industries. Also follow up of customer complaints and the implmentation of corrective actions
