Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g
extra vacation days)
Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in
employment status.
Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with
salary records.
Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
Monitor budgets by department.
Process employees queries and respond in a timely manner.
Ability to help develop, implement, support, and review all Human
Resource Department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems. Continued involvement in and refinement of the recruitment process,
including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and
managing the hiring process.
Composure and confidentiality required to handle disciplinary and
grievance issues.
Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records
(attendance, EEO data etc.)
Compliance with all policies and legal requirements.
Perceptive nature, careful monitoring of working conditions to ensure
legal compliance.
Responsible for employees vacations and excusing request
Helping to negotiate collective bargaining agreements
Resolving grievances
Assisting with processing employee grievances
Overseeing engagement programs and other employee relations work
Help in accounting department
Develop and maintain a filing system
Handle multiple projects
establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Cover the reception desk when required
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Help in Coordinate office procedures
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records

my position mainly focous on Etisalat UAE foreign customers, i used to call them provide them with the latest services and answer their inquiries if any, i also used to be a delegate team leader which helped me improve my mangement skills and my office skills (excel, outlook, word) as i used to write e-mails to our client in UAE, i used to give training to the new trainee plus assisting on the floor.
