• work for all charter and group bookings, making final decision regarding package proposal
• provide support to all tour operators concerning programs, quotations, reservations
• finalizing the FIT and groups contracts with all hotels after make sure that all the conditions are suitable for our clients
• can manage workloads and multitask, such as reservation, panning, budget, sales, ground handling, and any other work related to tour operation
• acting as a sales and marketing manager to grab new business by attending the travel fairs such as the Arab Travel Market (ATM) 2012 & 2013 & 2014
• Designing travel packages for several nationalities such as Chinese, European, CIS, middle east and Gulf Market
• Create and quote programs suitable for each nationalities then promote it
• Checking the traffic sheet on daily basis in additional of checking the payments needed for all hotels and supplier on daily basis as well
• Arranging weekly reports to all staff cc all branches about all the groups we have so all be aware of all groups
• Following up optional required on daily basis

* Evaluation offers we receive from foreigner tour operators
* looking for incoming travel agents in Egypt
* designing deals & contracts and special travel packages
* acting as sales and marketing manager to market services to improve productivity
* attending local and international travel fairs in order to grab new business such as :
