vehicles.
 Recorded success of consistently achieving sales targets as follows - 90% in 2015 (Joined company mid-year) 75% in

Key Accountabilities:
 Developing and implementing sales strategy and plans in order to achieve high levels of sales, profits and wide
consumer base for commercial vehicles in alignment with organizational goals and targets.
 Propelling growth by expanding horizontally (increasing the number of customers) and vertically (enhancing sales to

 Establishing future growth objectives by preparing accurate forecasts; generating new business and developing
relationships for retention of existing clients and high renewal rates within the existing products portfolio.
 Managing entire spectrum of sales life cycle involving research and analysis of commercial market; lead generation,
making presentations, order placing and following up on orders regarding all invoices and collections from customers.
 Cultivating professional relationships with customers and guaranteeing superior services regarding maintenance
contracts and spare parts and fostering positive impact on margin and dominant market share.
 Preparing compelling offers for customers regarding trucks sales/service; promptly resolving all customer enquiries,
problems and complaints.
 Generating various reports which were complex and technical in nature for updating the senior management on the
sales activities/results, while advising on maximizing and sustaining business relationships.
 Establishing and maintaining a network of business contacts and relationships within the market to increase market
awareness, obtain market/competitor intelligence and customer preference information.
