Being the Head of cathlab which does interventions( cardiac, vascular, IR, Neuro) i am responsible for staff schedules, leadership. timely stocking supplies and tools required in cathlab at optimum quantity, monitor obsolesce, quality & safety . Also prepared and conducted successful accreditation like CIBAHI, JCI and licence from MOH. coordinate work of all members of the cathlab in tandem and complementary to each other. facilitate purchase of essential tools while keeping contact with product specialists and suppliers
worked as scrub as well as circulatory nurse who has been responsible for assisting doctors during interventions of all sorts-Cardiac, Neuro, Vascular, IR
in both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures performed in the cathlab
I am responsible as team leader in the shift, for assigning patients to the staff, educating new staff, first person to turn to for medicine calculations and other questions most new staffs and other have in ICU
