1. Responsible for administration of construction and development of projects.
2.Responsible for contract administration.
3.Prepare cash flow projections.
4.billings/cost to date, monthly requisitions and cost forecasts) for major renovation and development projects, in support of Project Managers.
5.Maintain contract logs, change order logs, monthly project cost statements
6.Responsible for budgeting, billing, payments, cost control and tracking as well as cost forecasting
I have 4 years work experience in the field of accountancy specially in Admin, Accounts, Finance, Audit and Taxation on diversified assignments and Special assignments like Fraud Detection etc...
