Pass instruction for all promotion, re-designation, Bonus, special increment and annual increment letters.
Process the Probationary/Annual performance appraisals of all Staff and prepare the report and submitted to head of departments and higher management for Increment.
Prepared Job Descriptions for all the employees after consultation with line Managers and Head of Dept
Responsible for to maintain/update record & process the payment on monthly basis regarding EOBI & PESSI.
Dealing with different vendors for timely deliveries and execution
Supervise the annually distribution of individualized giveaways of employees across the company
Planned and organized various internal events for employee motivation
Supervise the regular circulation of communication through email at same time across the company
Manage and supervise HR Team to ensure a smooth workflow
Prepare the Annual HR Strategic Resource Plan, in coordination with the departmental heads
Create and implement KPIs of all Departments
Manage & Resolve employee issues & keep healthy relationship with them
Carry out the salary reviews exercise, in comparison with market trends, every alternate year
Conduct Training needs analysis to identify current & future training needs of Employees;
Prepare & execute Annual Training Plan
