•I am working as QA/QC Engineer in Amaala Staff Village Project to ensure the establishment of quality procedures including time limits for inspection, sampling, testing of works and other QA/QC requirements.
•Oversee and manage quality assessment of materials through regular and rigid laboratory tests. I am also preparing Weekly and Monthly Quality Reports.
•I am also responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System is fully implemented in an efficient and organized manner.
• Inspection of roads and utility diversions, earthworks, waterproofing, concreting & asphalt work.
• Issuing the NCR (Non-Conformance Report) for any non-conformance.
• Conducting material inspections for all CIVIL items delivered at the site.
• Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken • Review all inspection reports for compliance.
• Coordinate with the site subcontractors to ensure that communications exist and are maintained.
• Attending weekly QC meetings with key personals and workers.
• Reviewing materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials and equipment and report findings.
• Checking that materials delivered to site are properly stored and report discrepancies.
• Direct reporting to Quality Manager.
• Inspecting site conditions prior to start of construction activities. Verifying the compatibility of the site with the designed permanent works.
•I worked as QA/QC Engineer in this Project and I was responsible for managing different parts of Construction project. Proper Execution of Physical work at site.
• Supervising the work Inspection requests (WIR) for all adequacies such as, references to concerned documents, signatures from all concerned, attachments etc.
• Supervising site inspections along with the contractor site engineers and verify by counter signing the WIR and checklists.
• Supervising Field Inspections and Surveillances.
•I was responsible for Supervising the completing Quality Assurance and Observing Health and Safety standards.
• Supervising to ensure that work activities have executed in accordance with the latest approved construction drawings, work specifications and related method statements.
• Supervising Performing different tests for (Soil, Concrete, and Asphalt) in the lab (Gradation, Proctor PI, Extraction test...) and in the site (field density test, sampling concrete, Core etc...) if required.
As site Incharge, I was responsible for ensuring that construction project is completed on time and within budget, liaising with client, other construction professionals, and sometimes, with the members of public.
As coordination Engineer, I was responsible for the following:
Consultancy services for Evaluation of Bids/proposals submitted by the Bidders/JV partners for Prime Minister Intiative for 05 million Affordable/Low-cost housing.
Prepared and Evaluate Invoices of Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute Lahore.
As an Site Engineer, I was responsible for managing different parts of Construction project. Making plans using detailed drawings and proper Execution of physical work at site.
