My job duties of air conditioning technician include reviewing blueprints, installing air conditioning systems, testing systems for proper functioning, performing emergency repairs, maintaining tools, ordering supplies, and making routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency. I am also responsible to record data when inspecting systems, such as temperature of equipment, fuel consumption and hours of operation. As an air conditioning technician my role also enable me to recover and properly dispose of refrigerants when servicing air conditioning equipment since refrigerants can be harmful to the environment. As the company I work for sells service contracts to clients I remain committed to show my professional capability in order to ensure long-term client relationships.
My job profile comprises of troubleshooting, maintenance and repairing of all types of refrigerating and air conditioning
machines especially in display merchandisers and Cold Stores. My role further extends to installation and overhauling of
split air conditioners.
I handled the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairing of all types split and packaged air
conditioners.
I performed skilled-work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration, air-conditioning, and chilled water
equipment, systems, and controls.
In this role I was responsible for troubleshooting of all kinds of domestic cooling equipments such as refrigerators, water
coolers, door chillers and air conditioners.
