Main Activities and Responsibilities:- Provide line management with an EHS management System that satisfies company and legal requirements. Assist line Management in their understanding and implementation of the company EHSMS. Ensuring Compliance with all current legislation, code of practice and relevant standards. Investigate accidents and dangerous occurrences. Carrying out safety focus Inspection. Expertise in hazard Identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and job safety analysis create safety awareness by promoting safety meeting, presentations and open forum discussions and by Implementing safety training etc., maintain and Implements the site Health and safety & environmental (HSE). Plan fire fighting plan, emergency evacuation plan. Prepared reports for submission to the project EHS manager.
•Ensures proper handling of materials and maintenance of equipment.
•Conduct safety awareness activities within the immediate area of responsibility.
•Identifies job hazards and regulates necessary controls.
•Assess and prevent work related accident and formulate preventive measures.
•Ensure regulatory compliance to health and safety programs.
•Develop and promote relevant safety procedures applicable to the company.
•Conducts in-house training orientation and safety awareness to all workers and Engineers.
•In-charge of monitoring the project developments on a weekly basis.
•LOTO PTW SWP
Supervision of proper and Correct Application of safety plan Items relevant to work site. Implementing (PSSR) Personnel Safety and Social Responsibilities in the minds of Employee.
•To prevent Injuries to personal, damage to equipment and materials through strict enforcing of safety rules.
•Monitor and advise on proper application of PTW (Permit To Work).
•Carrying out continuous site HSE Inspection to ensure that only safe working methods/ procedures are following by employees. Maintain project relevant HSE records.
•Inspecting Fire Fighting equipment's and conducting fire fighting training for the employees.
•Implementation colour coding and compliance issues of damaged equipment's.
•Training of Employees on Mothers of safe work Practices and providing necessary guidance for accident prevention Worked as a Safety Officer in Qatar National Facility Services at Qatar Shell GTL TA 2018 Project from 02 December 2017 to 20 April 2018
