I joined as a UI Engineer & my last designation was Asst. Manager User Interface Department, in these 5 years I have been promoted 4 times. My Core responsibilities were team and task management under the supervision of manager, setting deadlines with the coordination from sales and support teams and deliver the quality products within the deadlines.
