Selected Accomplishments:
 Revamped trade term structure for the business and distributors into greater profitability;
 Led and closed two year joint business plan with Metro Pakistan.
 Found cost savings and audit costs and procedures to save money at every level in the business unit.
 Capability building of Sales teams by carrying out trainings nationally and creating market discount model for their empowerment and increased efficiency.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all management accounts in accordance with global policies. Acted as a key driver in the process to develop models to facilitate and simplify reporting (local and regional).
Finalising and reporting of monthly and quarterly management results comprising of profit and loss accounts, customer and channel profitability and working capital.
Presented overall business analysis and result commentaries by continuously working in close coordination with corporate finance director and VP Finance.
Contributed in preparation and filing of annual financial statements and acted as liaison for external auditors for both quarterly and yearly end audits.

Played a pivotal role in SAP implementation, by ensuring smooth balance transfer from MFG Pro to SAP and stream lined cost centres helping record costs by function for the company.

Key Achievements:
Successfully migrated historical financial data from oracle financials to BW Citrix, working with the country process lead for the information management track (SAP implementation).
Strived to play a pivotal role in elevating the overall ranking of the department and successfully succeed in occupying the first position for management reporting in Asia AMET cluster (24 countries) in 2009.
Upon implementation of SAP led successful trainings of BW for the entire management committee.

Evaluated fifteen listed cement manufacturers giving recommendations (BUY/ SELL/ HOLD) to sales team and clients based on DCF and WACC based models. Provided research products to be printed in newspapers and magazines and represented the brokerage house on media.

Selected Accomplishment(s):
 Initiated and set up ‘commodity desk’ responsible for research and facilitating trading of commodity futures contracts listed on Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX).
