Project Management includes Preparation of project master work Program/Schedule and Control Road Construction activities for timely completion. Preparation of overall budget breakup and control of individual service order budget allocation, monthly report, periodic progress reports and achievement presentations.
Review Contract documents and prepare communication/memos related to progress, Delay, HSE issues, Variations to the project and instruct the contractor for corrective action and application of Liquidity Damages.
Report to and liaise with the Contract Managing Engineer and Civil Engineer for preparation of periodic status reports, project schedules for Road Construction
Plan, Schedule and Review Cost Estimate & Work Order for Road Construction includes Earth works, Asphalt Laying, Masonry works, Curbstone Painting and Road Marking & Signs
Planning the Construction & Commissioning task including procurement of materials and equipment's related to Fire Protection systems such as sprinklers, pipes & fittings, Tyco Inergen cylinders and Nozzles. Arrange Approval for the materials and equipment's that is to be installed such as valves, pipes, sprinkles, nozzle etc. with NFPA Specification from Kuwait Fire department as well as from the client.
