Responsible for all administrative procedures and implementing organization policies.
Prepare and submit Staff Attendance and performance report to client for approval.
Review and improve necessary the Document Control system and process to meet client requirements.
Supervise the circulation and handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, design/tender drawings and various submittals (shop drawings, RFC, NCR, Material Submittals, Method Statements, Test Reports, etc.) and registration of these in appropriate manner.
Report to the Client on regular basis (weekly and monthly) with updated status of all documents and data of the project.
Maintains complete and systematic filing and database both in Primavera Contract Management (PCM) system and MS Office.
Monitor the status of each correspondence and distribute to the concerned person for the proper course of action to be taken.
Oversees all project documents and correspondences and ensures that they are available electronically scanned as well as maintaining the hardcopy filing of project related documentation.
Assure documents quality to insure completeness, accuracy and compliance with establish procedure and updates.
Tracks down all outstanding issues and follows-up with the concerned parties for necessary submission.
