• Manage and maintain employees personal files.

Engineers.

• Ensure the application of Saudi Labor Law and Social Insurance Law.

• Assess revisions of employee contracts and renewals for more than 800 contracts a year.
Responsibilities
• Saved time for the upper and middle management by applying an employee preparation
program, exchanging face-to-face interviews for a 10 minutes video to introduce the company
and its departments, activities, missions and objectives.
• Facilitated registration process at Saudi Council of Engineers by creating a registration guide
for company.
• Participated as part with the recruitment team at MUSTANG-HDP Consultants and organized
a career day, hosting more than 1100 applicants and 456 immediate interviews.
• Create a booklet contain all HR processes and procedures for the daily tasks.
