- Mainly lead the facilities management section and ensure that all activities and tasks are fully coordinated, appropriately authorized and performed in a planned and effective manner.
- Ensure that all the company’s facilities are well maintained at a high level of hygiene and safety.
- Work with the safety adviser to ensure all facilities management activities are compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Look after existing service providers and determine the success on whether they meet the operational and facility’s needs.
- Ensure proper coordination of scheduled maintenance of facilities inclusively its equipment.
- Vendors resourcing and negotiating.
- Perform cost saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with real estate projects.
- Ensure office supplies are properly stocked and staff members report as scheduled.
- Take care of photocopy machines and mail service.
- Responsible of some aspects of budgeting, likely on an annual basis.
- Work on SAP as creator of PRs (Purchase Requisitions) and POs (Purchase Orders).
