* To ensure the shift analysis done by subordinate are meets the requirement.
* Manage and communicate directly with customer (operation/technical) regarding any analysis to be done during shift time.
* Reporting, logged in and authorized all lab analysis results into LIMS system.
* Manage and control subordinates and manpower within the shift.
* Any doubt results of analysis by subordinate, shift leader will be responsible to retest or re analyze for confirmation before conveying the results to customers.
* Manage and ensure all laboratory equipment’s are at good working condition during shift.
* A leader is an example - always shows, guide and perform the best working attitude to subordinates.
* During shift, represent laboratory to attend shift meeting with operation - toolbox meeting.
* Ensure and check that all housekeeping done before leaving the workplace at the end of shift work.
