o Data Extraction of SRL, Fur, HL, MF, RMS, loans & CC Data.
o Make BCSB & C1 Rating Report
o Prepare Provision Report
o Prepare Retail Risk Report
o Work on different MIS Reports
o Working on the portion of Oman, Egypt & UAE Trial Balance
o Review/tracking of Rescheduled loans
o Review of Housing loan proposals
o Analyze credit data and financial/Bank statements/ Income documents to determine the degree of risk involved in extending retail financing
o Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with Omani Banking laws, Central Bank of Oman regulations, or standards.
o Ensure processing of applications within acceptable turnaround time.
o Ensure regular and clear communication with branches / Sales regarding daily applications thru’ immediate supervisor.
o Ensure effective communication with collection, other departments on related issues thru’ immediate supervisor to improve TAT (Branches, and Ops).
o Handle enquiries/ complaints (from other departments or customers) and ensures reply within turnaround time.
o Ensure that all applications pass all verification requirements.
o Support the Unit in preparation of MIS and suggest Policy changes based on experience of daily underwriting.

HR Department :
o Prepare payroll for employees
o Follow-up scheduling vacations end of each year for all employees
o Account receivables employee of overtime at the end of each month
o Follow the renewal and termination of staff contracts
o Organize all the files relating to the department and indexed
Central Operation:
o Receive letter from customer
o Prepare report for manager
o Fund Transfer / CBO Payments (Inward / Outward)
o In Charge of CBO / Governments / Corporate A/C’s
o Reconciliation Payments / Follow Up
o Reporting, Recording and Posting
o Salary Payments
o Follow up with clients
