@ All the activities related to the site operations are closely monitored in terms of the health and safety implications and all the required controls are applied appropriately.
@ Provide training to include leading any training given where appropriate provide ongoing support and learning to staff (security, contractors, subcontractors, cleaners and operations
team) to ensure QHSE protocols are understood and become ‘normal routine’ for staff working at site
@ Ensuring robust reporting system for all the incidents including near misses; carry out accident investigations, root cause analysis and trend analysis undertaken every month.
@ Ensuring all the health and safety issues, including the preventative measures as applicable by the Local Authorities are applied at the site level
