* One of the ERP committee who prepared the new ERP RFP and communicated with the ERP providers (SAP, ORACLE, Microsoft and EPICOR) and their vendors.
* Attended the demonstrations of the above ERP providers.
* Participated in the technical and financial evaluation process of the ERP Providers' response and demonstrations.
* Customer Project Manager for SAP S/4 Hana implementation project.
* Leading the implementation of the new ERP system
* Leading the maintenance of the the legacy ERP system
* Resolving complex technical issues in the SQL Server databases
* Leading the end users support team
* Developing small utilities and web services using Microsoft .Net technologies to support the legacy system missing functions
