1- Keeping records of work time and attendance, tracking
employees' absences (regular/irregular), and sending legal warnings accordingly.
2- Following up on each employees' annual and sick leaves, and sending them letters containing remaining balances.
3- Compiling information from personnel records to be used as documentation for retirement calculations, disciplinary actions, grievance responses, and confidential personnel reports.
4- Keeping a record of insurance coverage and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
5- Administration of social & health insurance for all the company's employees and determining the company's share as well as that of the employee.

on all personnel matters and issuing any necessary documents
required from official authorities (labor & insurance offices).

13- Review production reports for each department and compare them with the established production equation.
14- Calculating the amount of the production incentive due to each worker in each department based on his production difference, whether positive or negative, from the production equation.
1- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with employees.
2- Screen, interviewing and placing workers, as well as keeping up to date on local hiring laws and regulations.

12-Serving as support to management and staff, interpret personnel policies and procedures and provide technical assistance to supervisors, representatives, and employees on a variety of management matters.
